Returns (if applicable)
- State and Federal prohibit Sutphin Drugs Inc from accepting any prescription item returns unless damaged in transit.
- We do not accept any returns unless it is approved by us. All products return must be finished within 7-10 days.
- Please return all kinds of prescription item in its original state and packaging.
- Any opened package is not eligible for return and if send to us,you will not receive any credit or sent across back.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received refund in given time frame, check your bank account one more time.
- Contact your Bank/Credit card company and ask them is there any refund in processing or not.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning all kinds of prescription items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you want to exchange the product depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. (Only for eligible product)· If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
